Ellen Donati works at the Legislative Data Center in the Service Center. As a power user rather than someone who can build a network, Ellen understands how a customer feels when they call in for assistance. Ellen believes strongly in metrics, rewards and recognition, accountability, continuing education, and ITIL to help staff provide excellent customer service to users. Ellen recently obtained her ISPR certification and has her degree in IT Business Management. Ellen was introduced to HDI through Brandon Caudle several years ago and enjoys learning and sharing with the group.

Brandon Caudle is a self proclaimed "People Person in an IT World." After seven years at Florida State University, he finally graduated and decided to travel the world, so he found a willing sponsor in his Uncle Sam. Several years of working outdoors in pouring rains and muddy fields convinced him that he needed to escape the boiling summers and freezing winters, so he decided that he would find a "nice, soft, cushy job indoors where no one yelled at him anymore and he could work just eight hours a day"...
...and so he found his way to a Help Desk. Fortunately for Brandon, the skills he learned in Latin America and Asia have translated well into managing diverse IT Support teams across different remote locations. As the Support Center Manager for Delta Dental of California, he still works 12 hour days and is on-call 24x7, but the rewards of working with a World Class Support Organization far outweigh the inconveniences of being called at home on Christmas Eve for after hours support.
A founding member and Past President of the Sacramento HDI chapter, Brandon has spoken at various IT Support Conferences and meetings around California. His passion for Customer Service and his outgoing personality are evident in both his leadership roles within HDI as well as his engaging and entertaining presentations. If you haven't attended a Sacramento HDI meeting, take Brandon's advice and come to one....it just might be the best two hours of your month!

Sean Moore

Sean Moore has about 20 years experience in the IS/IT Infrastructure field. He attended University of Massachusetts – Amherst and pursued a BS in Business Information Systems. He’s held many positions of increasing responsibility to include Team Lead, Supervisor, and Manager in both Help Desk and Desktop Services. In addition, as a Client Operations Engineering, working for the CEO of a major chip manufacturer, Sean acquired a keen business sense around Operations, Service Delivery, and Process Improvements.
Today, Sean is a Lead Business Systems Analyst for Blue Shield of California and has been performing various job responsibilities for more than 5 years. He has successfully initiated several efforts to include iCRM and Knowledgebase, and has helped facilitate others, such as Operational Enhancements to build upon the Process Maturity Model. Sean received his V2 and V3 ITIL certifications and is currently utilizing the new framework to help streamline Blue Shield’s Service Delivery Model.
Sean has been involved with HDI for the past 5 years, and has performed other Board positions to include, VP of Programs, VP of Vendor Relations, and Web Master since May 2006, and attended the 2006, 2007, and 2008 HDI Leadership Summits in Colorado Springs, CO. Sean’s goal is to work with the other Board members to drive the rebuild of the Sacramento chapter, so that the chapter is adding value to the success of the local IT Service and Support professionals in our community.

Randi Weitzman

Randi Weitzman has been with RHI since 1999. She has held several roles within Robert Half International: Account Executive for Robert Half Technology, Vice President of Technology for the Western United States, to her role today as the Branch Manager of the Sacramento location, overseeing Robert Half Technology, as well as, RHI's Office Team division. Her leadership within the Sacramento community and the organization has helped her achieve recognition as one of the top performers within Robert Half Technology.

Jackie Henderson works at Delta Dental of California’s Support Center as a Team Lead. She has worked in IT in Help Desks since 2003, and has always made good customer service a priority in each place she has worked. In 2007 she was awarded with HDI Analyst of the Year for the Western Region. After experiencing the HDI Annual Conference in Dallas as part of her prize, she knew she wanted to be more involved with the Sacramento Chapter of HDI. In January of 2008 she was nominated as VP of Finance and enjoys having the opportunity to be involved in such an active role to help others in the IT industry.

Cindy has 25 years of Customer Service Experience from Supervising Mini-Storage Facilities to working at the Data Center for the California State Legislature. She has owned her own Software Company that developed, marketed and supported software products for Unions. She worked at the Legislative Data Center (LDC) for over 8 years providing leadership to the Service Desk as well as development and implementation of a Problem and Incident Management Process. She earned her Help Desk Analyst Certification in 2001 and has continued to be an HDI Member since that time. She continues to be an adamant customer advocate and has played many roles in the IT Service and Support Industry including Root Cause Administrator, Project & Product Manager, Software Trainer, Change & Release Management Administrator, Service Desk Lead & Trainer and continues to provide quality Customer Service while maintaining a positive attitude.
Currently, Cindy works for the Department of Technology Services doing Project and Requirements Management as well as Resource Management Planning. She wants to continue to keep close to her Customer Service roots and volunteers to help the Sacramento HDI Chapter provide local IT professionals with the benefits of HDI.

Andrew Christiansen

Andrew Christiansen has been worked in the IT industry for over 10 years. Andrew started developing websites in 1998 when tasked with converting a technical manual from WordPerfect to HTML. Since that time, he has focused on providing IT services to small businesses. He currently volunteers at a local church, managing the server and network, and redesigning their website.
Andrew has worked for industry leaders such as, Decision Systems, AgraQuest, and Security Contractors Services. Andrew received his Associates in Accounting and Associates in Computer Software Development from Foothill Community College, and just completed his Bachelors in Information Systems Security from ITT Technical Institute.

Throughout Trung's career with top-tier, global technology services and workforce management/Staffing firms, he has succeeded at managing operations and surpassing business goals at the individual, departmental and program-wide levels. Currently, Trung is a Business Development Manager at Kelly IT Resources. Kelly IT Resources is a part of Kelly Services, a US Based Fortune 500 company and a global industry leader in workforce solutions. Kelly IT provides cost-effective, intensive global Information Technology workforce management solutions, contract services and project outsource management. This includes infrastructure and application development. Trung is a avid computer gamer and out door enthusiast.
