Founded in 2003 to facilitate peer networking and education in the help desk, customer service and support service industries, HDI Capital Area local chapter has continued to evolve to serve members, sponsors, and the community in our rapidly changing industry. The Capital Area local chapter family consists of a diverse group of individuals who bring passion, creativity, and innovation together to create educational programs and networking opportunities to our close-knit community of members, sponsors, and attendees in the Washington, DC metro area.
The chapter's slogan is Learn.Grow.Achieve - and encompasses what the chapter stands for, which is creating unique opportunities for members and sponsors to learn from experts in the industry and one another, which results in an improvement of skills to unlock the power to reach new professional heights.
